Refund and Cancellation
When money comes back, and how long it takes.

Try it before you pay
Every new account gets three complete papers with their answer keys, free and without a card. That is there so you can decide whether qpkit sets the paper you would have set yourself, before any money changes hands. Please use it.
Cancelling
There is nothing to cancel and no auto-debit to stop. A qpkit subscription is a single yearly payment, not a recurring mandate. If you do nothing it ends on its expiry date and you are not charged again.
You can stop using the service whenever you like. Papers you have already generated stay downloadable from History for as long as your account exists.
Refunds
If you paid and changed your mind, write to us within 7 days of the payment and we will refund it in full, provided the subscription has not been used heavily in that time -- as a rule, up to about five papers still counts as trying it out.
After 7 days a yearly subscription is not refundable, because it is a single yearly charge for unlimited use rather than a fee per paper.
Two things we refund whenever they happen, with no time limit: a duplicate or double payment, and a payment taken for a subscription you never received. Tell us and we will put it right.
If we close your account for any reason other than misuse of the service, we refund the unused part of the year.
How to ask
Email us from the address on the account, saying what you paid and when. We answer within 2 working days.
An approved refund goes back through Razorpay to the same card, UPI ID or account it came from -- we cannot send it anywhere else. Razorpay usually takes 5 to 7 working days to land it, and the exact day depends on your bank.
A wrong question
If a generated paper contains a mistake, tell us. We take the question out of the bank so no centre sees it again. That is a fix rather than a refund, but it is the part we treat as urgent.
